I am a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute having studied leadership and management to Master’s Level.

I love helping others achieve their goals and support them not matter their seniority albeit the Office Junior through to the CEO. I have many years experience of coaching others, mentoring young people and also people with Neurodiversity. As an Expert By Experience, I have children with additional needs so this has given me a great deal of compassion and empathy for people who may not tick the “normal” box.

I work with a multitude of organisations supporting start ups, advice and guidance, CQC applications, bids and tenders, as well as team building and supporting organisational difficulties, or complex safeguarding. Although health and social care is my main sector, I am able to work across sectors to advice organisation.
