About Me

I have founded, operated, and sold multiple businesses, including a children’s home network for those with complex needs, services for adults and seniors, and a large apprenticeship training business.

In my 40s, I experienced a divorce and found myself as a single parent to two young children. During this period, I had to rediscover self-love and learn to allow others into my life despite my personal challenges. After going on numerous first dates, I gained valuable insights. Ultimately, I achieved my goal of finding a lasting relationship.

I have worked in the public sector, health services, and private sector, where I have utilized my leadership abilities to drive improvement outcomes. I aim to positively impact people’s lives through coaching, effective commissioning, or by being a responsible member of society.  

Throughout my life, I have come to understand that emphasizing strengths fosters a growth mindset, which facilitates change and the achievement of goals.

I am skilled and experienced in coaching people to help them live their best lives, both in their work and personal lives.

Should you be interested, I possess a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership & Coaching, having trained with the Jay Shetty Certification School. Additionally, I hold an MBA from Kingston University and have acquired further qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Counselling.
